At the “Meeting for Commemorating the 30th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Luban Prize and the 2016-2017 Annual Excellent Project Experience Exchange” on November 6, 2017, 8 projects of the Company won the Luban Prize; the Company was rated as “Excellent Enterprise (Construction Unit) in Creating Luban Prize Engineering”; three persons were rated as the “Advanced Individual in Creating Luban Prize Engineering; and one person was rated as “Honorary Project Manager in Creating Luban Prize Engineering”. Luneng Lingxiucheng Project constructed by the Company won the 2017 Luban Prize. With the building area of 0.41 million square meters, including 40 floors above the ground and 4 floors underground, Luneng Lingxiucheng is a large-scale commercial complex integrating mall, hotel, office building and apartment, and is the largest individual building in Shandong Province. According to preliminary statistics, this Project has the largest building scale among the Luban Prize projects.
